Warm and comfortable little shop!

I had a delicious and slow lunch.

WHAT A DELIGHT! CHEAP DELICIOUS FOOD!FRIENDLY STAFF!First, my fiancé and I had been walking around and exploring takachiho before coming here. We're from Canada, so their winter temperatures were warm to us. We were exhausted and hot. We walked in and they had their heater on. They saw how uncomfortable we were and immediately offered us cold water and turned their AC on for us. HOW HOSPITABLE OF THEM! Second, we arrived after 3:00pm and so the meals we had in mind were technically no longer served, but they made it for us anyway. They were THAT accommodating. We have never met such friendly people. We both had the Chicken Namba with Pork Curry Set... it is a meal we will never forget. The chicken was so tender and the curry was so delicious. What generous servings they have too. For such a cheap price, you will be more than satisfied. It's also less than five minutes from the bus station that is central for getting to and leaving Takachiho. So it's definitely a place you need to try.

We were in a hurry to catch the bus to Nobeoka. We wanted to have a quick bite before leaving and found this cafe by accident, which is very near to Takachiho bus station. It is a cosy little cafe and serve great food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, they have english menu. Would recommend.

Even though it is a regular holiday at a workplace dinner party, it is reserved for lunchtime 😋 I got delicious with the number of items that women are happy ♪ Satisfied with dessert and coffee ♡ Satisfied ♡

This is a cafe on the second floor of a building in the center of Takachiho. It is a shop with a slightly nostalgic and relaxing atmosphere that matches the word coffee shop. I visited at lunchtime on Saturday, but I felt there were more locals than tourists. Order chicken Nanban set meal. It is a delicious taste full of handmade feeling.All menus are reasonable, not sightseeing spot prices. Speaking of chicken Nanban, the same Miyazaki Ogura comes to mind, but unlike the Ogura system, it's not a terrible Kotelli system. The tartar is also delicious and you can see that it is cooked carefully. Is the miso soup of the set meal a Kyoto style? Sweet white miso, which was also fresh. There are likely to be one or two parking lots under the building, and about 10 at the former hospital site.
